Give a Toy to a Child This Holiday!

FSFM is now preparing for our 8th Annual Santa’s Workshop! This special holiday tradition provides a new toy to Music FUNdamentals musicians enrolled at Arcola Lake Elementary, Future Leaders of Tomorrow Christian Academy (FLOTA), KinderKids Learning Centers I, II, and III, Arthur & Polly Mays Conservatory of the Arts, and Promised Land Academy and Therapy.

The children served through Santa’s Workshop attend Title I schools or schools located within Title I boundaries and communities where many families face significant economic challenges. Many of the children participating in FSFM’s programs come from low-income households where purchasing holiday gifts can place an additional burden on families. Santa’s Workshop helps ensure that each participating child is celebrated and receives a special gift of their own during the holiday season.

Toys are already being purchased, wrapping parties are being organized, and our December delivery dates are being planned. All we need is you! Would you consider becoming a Santa’s Workshop sponsor?

Each toy costs approximately $15, and this year our goal is to provide gifts to more than 800 children. Your generosity can make a meaningful difference, as for some of our young musicians, this may be the only new toy they receive this holiday season. No donation is too small—every gift helps us bring joy to another child!

We also invite volunteers to join our toy wrapping and delivery teams. To learn more about volunteering or becoming involved, email info@friendsofsfm.org.
